 Common Symptoms of a Panic Attack
Each individual will experience different symptoms during a panic attack, many times people say that they are too difficult to fully describe. There are many symptoms however that seem to be pretty consistent for most people.
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness or nausea
  • Racing heartbeat
  • Extreme feeling of terror
  • Trembling, sweating, shaking
  • Dry mouth, choking, chest pains
  • Fear that you are going to go crazy or are about to die
  • Tingling in fingers or toes
  • Hot flashes, or sudden chills
  • Difficulty breathing, feeling as though you "can't get enough air"
