Common Symptoms of a Panic Attack

Each individual will experience different symptoms during a panic attack, many times people say that they are too difficult to fully describe. There are many symptoms however that seem to be pretty consistent for most people.
Dizziness, lightheadedness or nausea Racing heartbeat Extreme feeling of terror Trembling, sweating, shaking Dry mouth, choking, chest pains	Fear that you are going to go crazy or are about to die Tingling in fingers or toes Hot flashes, or sudden chills Difficulty breathing, feeling as though you "can't get enough air"
